How to activate login
At first, please go to https://svmcm.wbhed.gov.in/page/dse_training_college_list.php and check whether your college is enlisted or not.*
*If unable to find the institution name, kindly contact SVMCMS Helpdesk in this regard.
Check for Institution Code and Registered Email ID.*
If email id does not match, kindly contact SVMCMS Helpdesk in this regard.
If The Email ID and others details i.e. Institution Name, District,Subdivision etc found okay, then password may be set using Forgot Password option.
Forgot Password option is available after selecting User type as HOI in Administrator Login section.
